Coleman Backhome Products Return Policy
Policy Effective May 1st, 2024
We accept returns only on items purchased directly through Coleman Backhome Products via phone, sponsored event, or our website. You can return your product(s) up to 45 days from the original date of shipment. All merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on pellets, sauces, or rubs. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase.
A refund for the price of the merchandise, less any applicable return freight and/or restocking fees, will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days after receiving the returned product. If your original form of payment is no longer active, we will send a check within 30 days. If you used Coleman EZ-Pay, the payment plan will be canceled upon receipt of the product, and any installment payments, less applicable fees, will be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless in the instance of a refused delivery. In this case, a freight charge of $350 for full-size grills and griddles, and $100 for portable grills, will be deducted from the refunded value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 45 days of the original date of shipment.
No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 45 days from the original shipment date.
